TERMS OF BOOKING
Please read carefully before booking:
INTRODUCTION
It is your responsibility to read all the terms and conditions carefully and you must not make a booking unless you understand and agree with the terms and conditions.
Payment of the Booking Deposit or the Tour price represents your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
BOOKING AND DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit (30% of total cost of tour) is required per person, with a completed booking form, to secure your booking. The payment of the balance of the tour cost and any additional travel will be due 90 days before departure.
CANCELLATION
If you decide to cancel your booking the following charges will apply: 60 days or more before departure 30% of total cost of tour (your deposit); 59 - 30 days before departure 50% of tour costs; 29 days or less before departure 100% of tour costs. In the event that the tour does not go ahead due to insufficient reservations, the deposit and tour price will be refunded in full.
VARIATIONS
Occasionally, circumstances beyond the control of WHATSCOOKIN necessitate changes to itineraries. WHATSCOOKIN reserves the right, at its discretion, to make such changes if required, but will endeavour to operate the tour as close to the original itinerary as possible. Any changes will be advised in writing. If the number of participants in a tour is below the minimum number, or if there are significant exchange rate variations, WHATSCOOKIN reserves the right to change the tour price. Should this occur, WHATSCOOKIN will offer the option of cancelling your booking with a full refund.
UNUSED PORTIONS OF THE TOUR
WHATSCOOKIN will not offer a discount or refund for any portions of the tour that you elect not to use or be part of. This includes, but is not limited to meals, entry fees, accommodation, transfers etc.
SINGLE SUPPLEMENT
Tour prices are priced on the basis of twin-sharing accommodation. If you are travelling solo, you will be required to pay the Single Supplement (which differs from tour to tour). You will be accommodated in a room for single occupancy which may be either a room with a single bed or a double bed depending on the facility.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
A valid passport is required for all international travel and in some cases a visa is also required. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a current passport with at least 6 months validity prior to departure. We will advise you of all Visa requirements.
Travelers must provide proof of vaccination completed at least 14 days prior to arrival. US citizens can provide CDC-issued paper certificate received when they were vaccinated.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
WHATSCOOKIN strongly recommends all participants to have a travel insurance policy.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing the WHATSCOOKIN booking form and signing below, you acknowledge and accept WHATSCOOKIN Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge and agree that there are general risks associated with travelling, which are beyond WHATSCOOKIN’s control and therefore WHATSCOOKIN cannot be legally responsible for any loss or damage you may incur as a result of these general risks.
In compliance with the GDPR and Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 dated 30/06/2003, I hereby authorize the recipient of this document to use and process my personal data and I confirm to be informed of my rights in accordance to art. 7 of the above mentioned Decree and to have read and understood the Privacy Policy that appears on Whatscookin's website (https://www.whatscookin.it/privacypolicy).
