Rough draft of possible itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival at Pisa airport and transfer to villa in Viareggio town centre. The house has 5 en-suite bedrooms and is a 7-minute walk from the beach. Aperitifs and welcome dinner.
Day 2 - Breakfast in villa. Walking tour of Viareggio. Lunch o.y.o. Afternoon cooking class. Dinner in Villa.
Day 3 - Breakfast in villa. Visit Portovenere. Lunch o.y.o. Afternoon wine tasting. Dinner in villa.
Day 4 - Breakfast in villa. Visit Florence (approximately an-hour-and-a-half-hour drive - 3 mile walk to visit city). Lunch o.y.o. Dinner in villa.
Day 5 - Breakfast in villa. Visit Pisa. Lunch o.y.o. Dinner in villa
Day 6 - Breakfast in villa. Visit Lucca. Lunch o.y.o. Dinner in villa.
Day 7 - Breakfast in villa. Spend day at private beach club. Lunch o.y.o. Afternoon cooking class. Dinner in villa.
Day 8 - Departure. Breakfast in villa. Transfer from villa to Pisa airport.
